It is with a heavy heart I have to tell everyone that my father, Charles Nickolson lost his 2 1/2 year battle with cancer. He passed away at his home late Wednesday evening. My father established this studio in 1979 and enjoyed photographing in the community until May of this year. I was very fortunate to have worked with my Dad in the studio for over 25 years. I will continue the family tradition of quality photography service that Nickolson's Portrait Studio is known for.

In honor of his memory the studio will be closed on Monday Sept. 22nd and Tuesday Sept. 23rd.
